The Seoul-ful Experience

It was a fiesta of the senses at the Korean Food Festival at High Ultra Lounge, Bangalore.
Here's a photo tour...

I start with a whisky based cocktail suggested by the bartender. The concoction was pleasing and very refreshing...

Korean style chicken pops with Homemade BBQ sauce & scallion was top-notch with the lovely sauces in which the chicken was tossed in...

The bartenders were whipping up some impressive cocktails to punctuate the meal...

A prohibition era cocktail with white rum...

Korean style fish pops with homemade kimchi lemon sauce...

Chef MYO's special homemade vegetarian Kimchi salad was my favorite of the day. The enticing side dish made from fermented napa cabbage and other vegetables was served with all the dishes...

Deep fried fresh potato slice with homemade kimchi chili flake sauce & topped crispy onion, garlic and scallion...

At High Ultra Lounge the mixologists will make sure that you are quite high. Molecular mixology in action...

Stir fried pork loin with vegetable & kimchi oyster sauce was a poetry of flavors...

It went really well with the steamed rice and fried egg...

Dessert...

Some shooters to end the dining bliss...

Step away from the everyday and indulge in some unusual Korean spices and flavors, if you're in Bangalore. The festival continues till June 10...
