Interestingly, India continues to call it 'Snakes and Ladders'. Probably they don't want to change the original name as the game was invented in India.

ReplyDeleteGreat take on the theme. I remember when Snakes and Ladders got 'sanitized' into Chutes and Ladders cos snakes were considered to scary for kids.
