Launch of the Retro Asian Brunch at High

High Ultra Lounge launched its Retro Asian Sunday Brunch followed by a record-breaking activity of Domino Trail of 421 Jägermeister shots.
Here's a photo tour of the exciting afternoon interspersed with tasty food, pleasant weather and kite flying fun...

At the 32nd floor of the World Trade Center, High Ultra Lounge is south India's tallest lounge bar. The view is quite awesome...

The flirty sun peeked through the clouds...

And I sip the Raspberry iced tea and look around...

Colorful hats...

A counter where Jägermeister shots are poured. Jägermeister is a German digestif made with 56 herbs and spices at a strength of 35% alcohol...

Some yummy appetizers arrived...

The weather and the setting was wonderful...

Lemongrass infused fish was good...

Hot, freshly made Dim sums arrived...

Prawn dim sums are my favorite...

The brunch featured many interesting cocktails...

Kite flying...

Jager shot...

My plate of soup and small bites...

The Sushi from the live food station was beautiful and nice...

Vodka...

For the mains I had Jasmine rice with the flavorful Thai red curry...

Dessert...

Meanwhile Jägermeister shots were carefully placed to attempt a Domino trail of 421 shots...

This is not easy...

The glasses started toppling one after the other and this new record, 'Domino Trail of 421 shots at 421 feet' will be featured in the next edition of Limca Book of World Records.
Here's the video...

And here's my glass of Jager Bomb...

The activities, the atmosphere, the cocktails and the delicious food make this place ideal for a Sunday brunch with family.
Leaving you with some beautiful smiles..

  1. As always your photos are beautiful. Of course, as a vegetarian, I always look a sushi restaurants and wonder what they have to offer me (besides the vodka and Jäger of course :-) ). Thanks for sharing at the Blogger's Pit Stop.
