Last weekend saw the family heading slightly up north to Hyderabad, known as the City of Pearls. Check out some gems we saw in our short two days trip...
A major part of our first day was spent at the Ramoji Film City, which holds the Guinness record for being the largest film studio complex in the world...
The 2000 acres film studio has an exhaustive number of scenic places. My favorite were the butterfly park and the bird park...
The grey crowned crane is such an attractive bird...
The grey crowned crane looks closely related to the black crowned crane but they are different species...

ReplyDeleteLovely photos and what an interesting place to visit. I am very taken with all those pearls and a very glamourous place it looks. There must be a real buzz to the place when filming is taking place. The butterflies and birds are all so colourful too.
