The perigee full Moon yesterday is said to be as much as 14% bigger and 30% brighter than other full moons of 2012. The cloud cover increased the drama and compelled me to do some time lapse photography.

ReplyDeleteThank you for sharing at Your Sunday Best this week. xoxo
I didn't even go out last night, sad to say. I am so out of touch with everything. It was Cinco de Mayo here which I wouldn't have missed even ten years ago, joining the throngs in San Francisco's Mission District, partying in the streets till early morning...&, though I might have seen the moon through tequila blurred eyes, I would have seen it.
ReplyDeleteThanks, dear Shiju, for bringing it to me as only you can. You are such a superb photographer. Can you do time lapse photography and take my wrinkles away, please, sir?
Incredible!

ReplyDeleteThanks for linking up with Sunday Snapshot this week!
These are hand held captures. I took 13 shots with a gap of 3 or 4 seconds. It is very easy to create the animated GIF. Just import the pictures into Adobe ImageReady and set a delay time of 0.2 seconds for each frame.
DeleteThanks! What camera do you shoot with? What lens? Settings?
DeleteAMAZING! It was too cloudy here last night.
