    1. The flowers look like the suspender (Brace) buttons, which are usually worn by Bachelors. Hence the name, I guess.

  14. Two Bachelor's Buttons in focus and rest blurry....I like the look though. Usually I like everything sharp edged and in focus. Spring is around the corner and this photograph speaks of new life. Love it! Happy Valentine's Day.

  17. I love the colour!! I know a different flower by the name bachelors buttons. But that is why they all have Latin names - to avoid this confusion.
