Fondue festival at Café Mangii

I was invited to the Fondue Festival that is currently underway in Café Mangii, Bangalore.  Fondue is hot cheese or chocolate melted to the consistency of a sauce into which bread or fruits are dipped.

Pepper Jack - A Fondue that has pickled Garlic, Pepper flakes, Gruyere and Gouda...

Tre-Roasted Pepper - A Fondue that has American cheddar, Emmenthal, Parmesan, Sweet Pepper...

And the most amazing Zesty white chocolate Fondue served with Malta orange, Chocolate sponge, Marsh mellow and fruits...
