Every birder that sees this post will have feelings of envy at not being there with you. Bee-eaters, for those of us who live in areas where they don't occur, impart a real sense of exoticism. They are great favourites of mine.

ReplyDeleteSadly we have a very slow WiFi so videos are impossible to watch. The other photos are magical though as always, a great 45 minutes. I have lots of bird photos that I have taken over the past few weeks, but I seem to be extra busy with a very demanding garden so I have had no time to do anything with them. It will happen eventually I hope! Have a great weekend, Diane

DeleteSuperb shots of the bee eater Shiju. Like you say, the dragonfly came along at the right moment. I wish I could see more Spoonbills. Still quite rare here in the UK.

ReplyDeleteIf I had a place like that to visit I would have bought myself a better camera. From my travels I learned to love the Bee-eaters. Such beautiful and interesting birds. Too bad we don´t have them in Sweden. Spoonbills and grebes are also favorites. Spoonbilsl we don´t have, but we have three kinds of grebes. :)
