Seafood Platter had Pomfret Rechado, Snapper Fillet Cafreal, Butter Garlic Tiger Prawns...
Kiwi Daiquiri to wash the food down...
Pork Assad - Another Goan roasted specialty...
Goan Prawn Curry with Goan Boiled Rice...
Mushroom Tonak - Button Mushrooms sautéed with coconut, Goan spices and coconut milk...

Bebinca, specialty of Goa served with Vanilla Ice Cream...

Overall, it was a very enjoyable lunch with some pretty interesting food and pleasant atmosphere. I enjoyed clicking the colorful dishes. Will gladly return soon...

ReplyDeleteThis restaurant should pay your for the use of these beautiful photos of their food! Looks like this is a place for a total dining experience to be savored slowly--and in the company of friends.
ReplyDeleteIt all looks more than delicious. I've never managed to get to Goa, though I've had more than my share of margaritas, sailing the Mexican coast and eating in hundreds of Mexican restaurants in California. I might add that I make some fabulous margaritas myself. I've also had prawn balchao which Royal Caribbean crew friends used to bring back from vacations home - that and Bombay duck which I love.

ReplyDeleteFor me as long as they are seafoods, i love them! I haven't been to a Fisherman's Wharf which is famous around the world. And your photos, of course, are always awesome, make them more delicious looking.

ReplyDeleteI went to Fishermans Wharf at San Francisco...and guess what I ate.. bean burrito...i am vegetarian - but i did love the experience as I would love to see yours.
