What a beautiful creature and what fantastic captures! I really love both of them..the closeup with his gorgeous colours and spots and the second with all those interesting textures and patterns surrounding him (or her?). Thanks for sharing with Mandarin Orange Monday #67:))
My favorite of all cats!!! When Alex was little, his first stuffed animal was a little leopard made by Dakin. I bought four in all because he could not be without it. He called it "Leppy" and he would fall asleep at night, holding on to the tail and rubbing it against his nose. God forbid, we ever lost one ( hence, the spares ). He called the original "dirty leppy" though it was never dirty, machine washed so many times. It went away to college with him ( and still is in his home ). Before Harper Ann was born, I tried to find this same stuffed animal but Dakin doesn't make the same one...though Harper Ann has one I found for her. I took him to see the real leopards at the SF zoo and bought him mugs, T-shirts, etc. They are such beautiful animals.
Beautiful pictures of Leopard at Mysore zoo. Its a well maintained zoo and visitors should know about Mysore Zoo entry fee, timings etc before visiting to enjoy the trip to the fullest.

What a superior and majestic animal it is! A pity that the safest place for them is in zoos.
