I have this love/hate relationship with pigeons. I find them fun to watch, even colorfully attractive, but then I am reminded (mostly by my husband) that they are but rodents with wings. You have captured them in a more favorable light.
How come our pigeons aren't so spectacularly colored? I rarely see birds around here that have any kind of hue to their feathers, mainly boring gray.
