Macro Experiments

On a rainy Sunday morning, when you cannot get out for a bird watching walk, I decided to experiment with my Canon 100 mm Macro lens in my garden. Here are the photos I captured...

Photo walk at Hebbal lake

Back in February, on one of  my many photo walks at Hebbal lake, I caught a glimpse of a spotted owl. The spotted owl is said to be a regular sight there. On that day, I could only capture its peep. I revisited Hebbal lake to get a better view of the bird and in the bargain I also spotted a few other birds. Here's a photo tour...

Morning walk at Jakkur lake

My Sunday morning walk at Jakkur lake was so picturesque with blue sky and fluffy clouds. You are guaranteed to spot a lot of critters along the 4 km track encircling the lake. The views will soothe you as much as the birds frustrate you with their mysterious ways.
