Banana Muffins

The recently acquired silicon baking cups make baking so much fun. They are non-stick, reusable, brightly colored, flexible and so easy to clean.

Tip: As silicon, unlike paper, does not breathe, it is better to cool the muffins outside of the cups. Those cooled inside the cups were a little gluey.

  16. These look so good! I should try the silicon cups! I don't like how the paper ones stick to baked goods. Glad you joined the linky this week!

  17. I haven't purchased any silicone baking items....have been in India so much in the last few years, I've sort of given up cooking. I will expect a cake if/when I come to Bangalore.
